THE CHALLENGE

​

Each month I am going to set a 7 day challenge on the lead up to the finale - Race Day, so in summery that is 16 challenges that will progressively get harder logging everything from distance, steps, diet, condition, thought process, route, physicality the lot.

 

WHY?

​

It doesn't matter if its business, running, football or life, targets are massive, they stand true, give you direction, hold you accountable, they drive you towards your goal, without them I find myself like a paper bag in the wind, by setting these challenges up I give myself a progressive target that you will hold me accountable to, they are challenges that you can get involved with, why not try setting you own target your own challenge? It doesn't have to be running it can be anything but you will need to remember one extremely important thing!

There is only one person you are challenging, one person you are racing against, one person you should comparing yourself to, and that one person is YOU!

There is also only one person that will stand in your way, can you guess who that might be? Yup YOU again.
